The Unknown Guy

One time, between 2012 and 2014, i was travelling from South Africa to Zimbabwe, must’ve been to renew my Visa. We arrived at the boarder in the afternoon, after getting stamped out, i had to attend to natures call (Number 1) i wasn’t sure which way to the loo so i went to a nearby tree and took a leak. I wasn’t aware that i was next to a police post…

A copper took me in and made me sit under a desk. I responded badly by denying any crime. As time passed, i was almost certain he wanted me to miss the bus, and pay my fine in ticket. Out of the blue, the very man that was sitting company to me in the bus showed up. He had a quick word with the officer and he let me get back in the bus. The healthy officer walked awavwith a fine lunch. Exquisite.

I’m deeply grateful for that experience, I got to learn of the ways of men.
